Our Catering Unit serves up good quality food. The reasoning behind this is that were not happy with paying over the odds for cheap food. Just because its fast food does not mean it needs to be of poor quality.

Time and effort was spent on sourcing the other produce that would be accompanying ours.

Our rolls are collected each morning before an event from a Father and Son bakery called Wheal Rose Bakery, as freshness is of great importance to us.

All sauces like our apple sauce are made locally by Figgy Dowdy as quality is important to us.

These are put together with our 98% Pork sausages (no additives or preservatives) our 3 week dry cured bacon and last but by no means least our succulent roasted pork with crackling that you can only dream of. Even the sage and onion stuffing is homemade.

It goes without saying that flavour and taste is also important to us too.

As we will be catering for you, you will be happy to know that our chef’s and assistants have great personalities and will serve you with a smile.

Hog Roasts
We will cook the Pig to perfection on our purpose built roaster and accompany it with a buffet of your choice.

So all that’s left for you to do, is enjoy the day anytime of the year.

Our chef will serve in traditional aprons and extra staff can be provided depending on your event.
