We can roast over real wood flames on one of our traditional rustic hog roast. The large black pig being outdoor reared has a protective layer of fat which continues to baste the pork throughout its cooking resulting in superb flavour and succulence. As the fire snaps and flickers you can see the mouth-watering crackling crisp before your very eyes. We then carve the pig at your requested time & either serve within your buffet or alternatively carve & serve in a farmhouse bap with homemade herb stuffing & apple sauce.

We do have the facility of providing bales of straw for seating should you so wish.

We can also offer a gas hog roast that cooks the pig within a oven which turns mechanically as opposed to manually.
